Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped from from Scarborough, Ontario. Most UPS Ground orders are delivered 2 to 6 business days after being placed depending where you reside in Canada. UPS Express orders are delivered next business day. Rural areas may require an extra day for Express orders and we will notify you within 24 hours if items you ordered are out-of-stock.
Shipping starts at $13.95 and is based off of weight and destination of your order. You can easily get a quote by adding your Province and Postal Code in the shopping cart and clicking Estimate Shipping.
Orders are shipped via UPS Standard Ground or UPS Express.
*Orders cannot be picked up at the warehouse.
Returns
Need to return all or part of your order? No problem! Just email
Sales@BlankSportswear.ca with a complete list of all of the items you
would like to return, including style numbers, colors, sizes and quantities.
Please include your order number. We will reply with return instructions.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Altered garments are not returnable.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Returns must be authorized by Blanksportswear.ca
Returns without a RA # will be refused.
Claims must be made within 15 days from receipt.
Items must be sent Freight Pre-Paid.
Please allow up to 10 business days for credits to be processed.
Cancellations
Order cancellation can only be made before shipment.
Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.
