Returns & Refunds
Need to return all or part of your order? We’re happy to help. All returns must be authorized by BlankSportswear.ca before being shipped back.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, email Sales@BlankSportswear.ca within 15 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your BlankSportswear.ca order number
- Style number(s)
- Colour(s)
- Size(s)
- Quantity of each item you would like to return
Once your return has been approved, we will email you return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Please do not send items back before receiving authorization. Returns received without an RA number will be refused.
Return Conditions
Before requesting a return, please review the following conditions:
- Return requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Altered or decorated garments cannot be returned.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- All returns must be authorized by BlankSportswear.ca and include a valid RA number.
- Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer. We do not accept collect or COD return shipments.
Refunds & Credits
Once your authorized return has been received and processed, please allow up to 10 business days for your credit or refund to be processed.
Any applicable restocking fees and non-refundable shipping charges will be deducted from the amount credited.
Order Cancellations
An order can only be cancelled if it has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and our regular return policy will apply.
If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at Sales@BlankSportswear.ca. We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled before shipment.
